Fruit Smoothie

You need..

4 strawberries
1 banana
1 mango (ripe)
1/2 cup sunquick peach & orange juice
2 cups ice

Ways to prepare it.

1. Combine strawberries, banana and mango.
2. Blend until fruit is pureed then add in the juice.
3. Add in 2 cups ice & blend well.
4. Pour into glasses and serve.

If favoured, instead of crushed ice, try frozen fruits but not when its too hard.

This is a basic recipe..you can add/subtract fruits you prefer or have around the house.
