Just A Smile

If at times you want to cry
And life seems such a trial,
Above the clouds, there’s a bright blue sky.
So, make your tears a smile.

As you travel on life’s way
With its many ups and downs,
Remember, it’s quite true to say,
“One smile is worth a dozen frowns.”

Among the world’s expensive things,
A smile is very cheap.
And when you give a smile away,
You get one back to keep.

Happiness comes at times to all,
But sadness comes unbidden.
And sometimes a few tears must fall
Among the laughter hidden.

So, when a friend has sadness on his face
With troubles ’round him piled,
The world will seem a better place,
All because you smiled.

AMAZING FACTS

P1070671

If you own just one Bible, you are abundantly blessed. One-third of the world does not have access to even one Bible.

If you woke up this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the million who will not survive the week.

If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation, you are ahead of 500 million people around the world.

If you attend a church meeting without fear of harassment, arrest or torture of death, you are more blessed than almost three billion people in the world.

If you have food in your refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof over your head and a place to sleep, you are richer than 75 percent of this world.

If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish some place, you are among the top eight percent of the world’s wealthy.

If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are truly thankful, you are blessed because the majority can but most do not.

If you can hold someone’s hand, hug them or even touch them on the shoulder, you are blessed because you can offer God’s healing touch.

If you prayed yesterday and today, you are in the minority because you believe in God’s willingness to hear and answer prayer.

If you believe in Jesus as the Son of God, you are part of a very small minority in the world.

If you can read this message, you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world that cannot read anything at all.

If I could do it again in Life

DSC03917

I would have taken the time to listen more
and talk less.

I would have cried and laughed less while watching
television … and more while watching life.

I would have gone to bed when I was sick
instead of pretending the earth would go into
a holding pattern if I weren’t there for the day.

There would have been more “I love you’s” …
more “I’m sorry’s.”

But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize
every minute … look at it and really see it …
live it … and never give it back.

He brought her food again but was shocked to find her dead. He tried to move her!

b3

Aware that his sweetheart is dead and will never come back to him again, he cries with adoring love.

most famous newspaper in France. All copies of that newspaper were sold out on the day these pictures were published.

Michael Buble – Always On My Mind – Lyrics

Always On My Mind ….
Lyrics:
Maybe I didn’t treat you
Quite as good as I should have
Maybe I didn’t love you
Quite as often as I could have
Little things I should have said & done
I just never took the time

But you were always on my mind
You were always on my mind

Maybe I didn’t hold you
All those lonely, lonely times
And I guess I never told you
I’m so happy that you’re mine
If I made you feel second best
Girl, I’m sorry I was blind

You were always on my mind
You were always on my mind

Tell me, tell me that your
Sweet love hasn’t died
Give me, give me one more chance
To keep you satisfied
Satisfied

Little things I should have said & done
I just never took the time

You were always on my mind
You were always on my mind
You were always on my mind
You were always on my mind

Rules For Being Human

apapapa
1. You Will Receive A Body
You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for the entire period this time around.

2. You Will Learn Lessons
You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called Life. Each day in this school, you will have the opportunity to learn lessons – you may like the lesson or think them irrelevant and stupid.

3. There Are No Mistakes, Only Lessons
There is a process of trial and error; experimentation. The ‘failed’ experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately ‘works’.

4. A Lesson Is Repeated Until It Is Learned
A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson.

5. Learning Lessons Does Not End.
There is no part of Life that does not contain its lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned.

6. ‘There’ Is No Better Than ‘here’.
When your ‘there’ has become a ‘here’, you will simply obtain another ‘there’ that will again look better than ‘here’.

7. Others Are Merely Mirrors Of You.
You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something you love or hate about yourself.

8. What You Make Of Your Life Is Up To You.
You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.

9. Your Answers Lie Inside You.
The answers to Life’s questions lie inside you. All you need do is look, listen and trust.

10. Either You Will Forget All This. Or You Can Remember It Whenever You Want.
